Research has shown that individuals who engage in workplace stretching can improve their flexibility, posture and their overall well-being. However, there is more! It has been proven that periodic workplace stretching may reduce pain by up to 72 percent. However, the best part is a bit of exercise in the middle of your work day can relieve both physical and mental stress.
