21 Days Is Over – Do you have a new habit?

Last month I challenged my readers to engage in 21 days of repetition to form a healthy habit?  I presented the following list of small tasks, and if you had picked one or more every day by Halloween you would have created a new habit.

3.     Get Up and Move

 

4.     Stand Up More

 

5.     Show Gratitude

  

6.     Practice Mindfulness

10.   Track your progress
